Privacy Policy

Travel Photographic is operated by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation. This policy describes information used to provide the photography archive, accounts, licensing purchases and support. Optional analytics and advertising are described separately below; their processing applies when those features are enabled.

Accounts, purchases and inquiries

We use Supabase for account authentication, database services and photograph storage. Account information includes your email address and authentication information. Orders and purchase records associate your account with the photographs, license selections, amounts and payment status needed to deliver and support your purchases.

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. The application sends account and order information needed for payment processing and receives payment identifiers and status. Card details are handled by Stripe, rather than stored in our application database. Account and purchase emails may be sent as part of providing these services.

The contact page prepares an email in your email application. Nothing is submitted by that form until you send the email yourself. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to your request.

Website operation, logs and storage

Your browser sends technical information, including IP address, requested URLs and browser details, to the services delivering the website and images. Hosting and service logs may record requests, errors and security events. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those font files. Cloudflare delivers the public website; its request processing and service metrics are managed at the hosting account level.

Browser local storage remembers your cart and signed-in session. Payment, authentication and consent services may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for their functions. You can clear browser storage or sign out, although doing so can clear your cart or require you to sign in again.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled, it measures page visits and interactions and receives information such as page URL and device/browser details. The site integration loads this optional analytics only after an affirmative analytics choice through the configured consent platform. Hosting logs and hosting-platform measurement are separate from this optional Google Analytics integration.

Google AdSense and advertising partners

If advertising is activated, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons and identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads and detect fraud. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Ad requests can share device/browser information, IP address, page context and consent signals with Google and participating advertising partners.

Personalized ads can use interests inferred from previous activity. Non-personalized ads use contextual information instead of past behavior for personalization; they can still use cookies or identifiers for measurement, frequency limits and fraud prevention. Non-personalized does not mean cookie-free or exempt from applicable consent requirements.

Where advertising is enabled, a Google-certified consent management platform supplies the applicable choices and advertising-partner disclosures, including the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required. The website does not substitute a custom cookie notice for a certified CMP. If the consent integration is unavailable or does not supply the required permission, this site's ad placements remain disabled.

Your choices and regional rights

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer when the consent platform is active to review or withdraw optional permissions. Withdrawal affects future processing and does not undo processing already performed. You can also control personalized Google ads in Google My Ad Center / Ads Settings, visit YourAdChoices or Your Online Choices, and manage cookies through your browser. These controls may apply only to the browser or account you use.

For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, applicable rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your supervisory authority. We process service information to fulfill requested services, protect the service and meet legal obligations; optional cookies and advertising depend on consent where required.

Depending on applicable US state and other regional laws, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Advertising-related sharing may fall within those definitions. Contact us to exercise applicable rights or appeal a response. The site's optional ads and Google Analytics are withheld when the browser sends Global Privacy Control. This does not control independently configured hosting services.

Sharing, international processing and retention

Service providers receive information needed to operate authentication, hosting, storage, payment and communications. If optional advertising or analytics is enabled, relevant data is also shared with those providers as described above. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer requirements depend on their contracts and configuration.

We retain information according to its purpose, account and support needs, transaction records, security requirements and applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; we do not promise a single deletion period. Contact us about a specific record or deletion request. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
