Website Terms & Licensing

Travel Photographic is a photography archive and licensing service operated by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation. These website-use terms explain the service and how licensing works. The rights attached to a photograph depend on the selected license and any separately agreed custom license.

Using the website

You may browse photographs and licensing information and contact us about your intended use. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or originals, misrepresent your identity or purchases, or use the service unlawfully. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information for purchases and support.

Copyright and previews

Photographs are offered for licensing by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation through Travel Photographic. Copyright remains with the applicable copyright owner; purchasing a license does not transfer copyright. Displayed previews and watermarks do not grant permission to publish, redistribute or sell an image. Do not remove preview watermarks to use an unlicensed image.

Choosing usage rights

The licensing guide describes Personal, Commercial, Editorial and Extended options. Only the licenses listed on an individual photograph are available for that photograph. Personal use is non-commercial; Editorial is for news, publishing and documentary contexts and requires credit as described in the guide. Commercial and Extended address different business uses and distribution limits.

Use must stay within the selected license. Do not treat an Editorial license as permission for advertising, or a Personal license as permission for business use. Standard licenses are non-exclusive. Exclusive rights, unusual distribution, product resale and other uses beyond the selected license require clarification or a custom agreement before use.

A photograph's availability does not by itself establish model, property, trademark or other third-party clearances for every use. Contact us about recognizable people, private property, brands, sensitive uses or a required release before purchasing for that purpose. A separately agreed license continues to govern its covered use.

Purchase and delivery

Select a photograph and license, review the price in the cart and sign in to complete Stripe checkout. The checkout amount is the amount presented for your purchase. Following confirmed payment, purchased photographs are made available through My Downloads in your account. Contact us if a confirmed purchase is missing or a download fails.

Downloads deliver the file available for the selected photograph. Confirm any required format, dimensions or print suitability before purchase; availability of TIFF or RAW files is not implied by a preview. For failed delivery, duplicate charges, a refund request or another order issue, email contact@cgcorp.io with the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details. These pages do not set a blanket refund deadline or exclude rights that apply under law.

Custom licenses and questions

Contact us before use if the published guide does not resolve your needs. Include photograph links, intended medium, audience, distribution, territory and any exclusivity requirements. A request is not a license grant; custom permissions need agreement with the company.
